Initial Interview
Phone or virtual call with our Talent Acquisition Partner
2nd Interview
Virtual or in-person interview with the Hiring Manager and possibly other team members
3rd Interview
Virtual or in-person interview with other team members and possibly members of other departments. You may be asked to prepare a presentation, depending on the role.
Meet the Team/ Senior Leaders
There may be a final virtual or in-person interview. You will meet manager(s) in the business area or more colleagues from other departments.

Yes, you can apply for several positions. However, this is not mandatory. If we have another position that could suit you, we will talk to you about it in the first interview and clarify whether this position could also be interesting for you.

There are also a few other questions which you will be asked. IGEL offers the opportunity to work part-time. Simply apply for the position you are interested in and let us know that you would prefer a part-time job. You are welcome to indicate how many hours a week you would like to work and this will be considered during the application process.
